Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the nature of the products, we do not except exchanges or give refunds unless an incorrect item is received. You will need to take a photo and contact us at info@onnoir within 48 hours of receiving product. 

Currently we do not ship internationally but we plan on changing that later this year. 

Processing time is 1-3 days and Shipping is an additional 3-5 day.  

Email info@onnoir.com within 24 hours of placing order with updated shipping address and we will make sure your order is sent to the correct address. If you do not update the address in that time frame and the Item has already shipped, it will be sent to original address.  

Typically, hair oils and elixirs will take 8-12 weeks to notice significant results but many notice positive changes as early as 4 weeks. For skin care products, texture changes are noticeable after 1-2 weeks with consistent use. Significant results take 1-2 cellular cycles (6-12 week). Consistency is important in order to benefit from our products.  

Discontinue use of the product immediately. Always complete a 24-hour skin test prior to using product.
