Bug report

Send a report we can actually use.

Onnoir is beta software, so clear bug reports matter. The fastest reports include the version, platform, a short description, and the exact steps that led to the problem.

Do not include passphrases, recovery keys, full vaults, or private note text.

Include

  • • App version and platform
  • • What you were doing when the issue happened
  • • What happened and what you expected instead
  • • Whether it repeats after restarting the app
  • • A screenshot or short log excerpt, if it is safe to share

Keep private

Do not send passphrases, recovery keys, full vaults, or private notebook text. Redact file names and local paths unless they are needed to reproduce the issue.

Download problems

For broken downloads, include the platform, browser, link you clicked, and whether you were on the website or inside the desktop app. Support mail goes to [email protected].
